DITA.com – Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom who purchase DITA products through the online store at www.dita.com.

Canceling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order or return a product for any reason. To return a product purchased from DITA.com, please send your intent to return or cancel to us any time prior the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product. If you ordered multiple products from DITA.com in the same order, please send your intent to return to us any time prior to the date 14 days after you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order.

To exercise these rights, you need only to provide DITA with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or products purchased from us on DITA.com. You can notify us of this intent by mailing or emailing the model form found at the end of this Returns Policy, calling our Customer Care team at +44 1279 702166, or sending us an email at [email protected].

We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA#”) that will allow us to process your return and a prepaid DHL return shipping label. To help us process your return, please print the RMA# clearly on the outside of the shipping carton and on your original receipt.

DITA will not accept a return if you do not properly notify us and return the product to us within the time periods specified above.

If the returned product is in new and resalable condition, we will refund all costs paid by you for the product to the payment card you used to make the purchase, except for any express or premium delivery costs (when you have not selected standard delivery). We’ll provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of intent to cancel, but may delay the refund until you return the product if we do not receive it by that time. If the product is damaged or does not include all protective materials and accessories sent to you with the product including, but not limited to, temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product and/or missing items. Please note we will only accept returns with the original security tag still attached to the frame.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product purchased on dita.com, please call our Customer Care team at +44 1279 702166, or send us an email at [email protected]. We will provide you with a RMA# and prepaid DHL return shipping label. The product you wish to exchange must be delivered to DHL with the appropriate shipping label for return to DITA in like new, resalable condition within fourteen (14) days of its delivery date as recorded by DHL. Products shipped to DITA more than fourteen (14) days past their recorded DHL delivery date will not be eligible for exchange.
