FIND YOUR FIT FROM A CURRENT PAIR OF GLASSES

Plastic eyeglass arm showing size details. Arrows indicate measurements for lens width, bridge width, and temple length.

To ensure optimal fit for your frames, it's essential to identify the ideal frame size for you. Begin by assessing the measurements of a pair you currently wear and find comfortable.

Fror most Frames, you'll locate these measurements inside the temple, also known as the "arm" of your glasses. They're typically presented as three numbers separated by dashes and/or squares, such as 61 14-144 (as seen in the image). These figures correspond to various dimensions of the frames.

  1. Lens Width
  2. Bridge Width
  3. Temple Length

On some occasions a fourth number will be noted on the arm, and this is your lens height. Keep in mind that all these measurements are in millimeters.
